This three hour tour includes a drive along Durban's Golden Mile, the harbour and the Victoria Embankment, the Vasco Da Gama clock, the Dick King statue and the Yacht Club. After passing the Botanical Gardens with its splendid orchid house, the Post Office and City Hall our last stop is the famous Indian Market, full of spices and wonderful souvenirs.

After departure from Durban, we travel to Assagai Safari Park, overlooking the Valley of 1000 Hills, where we visit a crocodile farm and snake park. The tour continues to Phezulu, a small kraal, which includes a display of Zulu Dancing, other interesting Zulu traditions, and you even meet a Sangoma.

This three hour tour begins with a visit to the Natal Sharks Board for an first class audio-visual presentation on sharks and their role in the marine eco system, followed by a shark dissection. The tour moves onto the Umgeni Bird Park with its exotic and indigenous birds, with a fun "Free Flight Show" involving a number of the characterful birds that get a chance to show of in front of the visitors.

This inland tour includes Valley of 1000 Hills, Zulu culture and dancing and a Crocodile Park. Enjoy game viewing in a private game reserve near Pietermaritzburg. This affords us the opportunity of viewing buffalo, rhino, giraffe, sable and roan antelope amongst many other species. Lunch included.

Driving along the North Coast through sugar cane fields and farmlands we arrive at Shakaland. The visit includes a visual explanation of typical Zulu traditions : beer brewing, spear making, Zulu etiquette and the layout and social structure of the Village. After an awesome display of singing and dancing a typical Zulu meal is served in their spectacular restaurant

Driving south along the beautiful Dolphin and Hibiscus Coasts, we arrive at Port Shepstone and board the Banana Express. Spectacular coastal scenery, On arrival at Paddock Station, we stop for a barbeque lunch in the station master's garden. We then continue on to visit the magnificent Oribi Gorge view sites and a local craft centre before returning to Durban.
